If you are not happy with a product for any reason, return your unused product in original packaging to us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your purchase price, minus the original shipping.  You will need to cover return shipping.

In the remote chance that a product has a defect or doesn't work as advertised and you wish to exchange it, please contact us.

Two Year Adhesion Guarantee on Accessories

We have tested our adhesive tape with many different materials under many different conditions and are confident that it will perform in the vast majority of situations.  In the unlikely event that the bond fails between our product and your trailer, we offer a one time replacement.  In these unique and rare circumstances, we will work with you to determine the cause of the failure and work to ensure that it is not repeated.  You will be responsible to return our product to us and make a good faith effort to help diagnose the problem.
